Robert Barnes and Ann E. Marimow of The Wa،ngton Post report that “Supreme Court, under pressure, issues ethics code specific to justices.”

David G. Sa،e of The Los Angeles Times reports that “Supreme Court’s ‘not new’ ethics code largely codifies existing judiciary rules.”

Jess Bravin of The Wall Street Journal reports that “Supreme Court Issues Code of Conduct; First-ever set of rules follows months of scrutiny, criticism over ethical standards.”

Access today’s Order List of the U.S. Supreme Court: At this link. The Court granted review in one case and called for the views of the Solicitor General in one case.

And in Johnson v. Prentice, No. 22–693, Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson issued a dissent, in which Justices Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan joined, from the denial of certiorari, arguing instead that this case presented appropriate cir،stances for summary reversal.
