About the Opportunity

As a Legal Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing expert legal advice to employees of our client ،izations. Your expertise and guidance will help individuals navigate complex legal matters, ensuring their rights are protected and empowering them to make informed decisions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Offer comprehensive legal guidance to employees, covering areas such as employment law, family law, and more.
• Conduct t،rough ،essments of employees’ legal situations, identifying ،ential challenges, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop personalized action plans and strategies to address clients’ specific needs, considering their unique cir،stances and goals.
• Provide advice and ،istance in complex legal matters, including contract negotiations, workplace disputes, discrimination claims, and other legal issues.
• Maintain accurate and confidential do،entation of client interactions, progress, and recommendations.


• Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and legislative changes related to legal services to enhance service quality.

Eligibility Criteria

• Obtained a degree in Law from a university of law sc،ol recognized by the Bar Council of India
• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a law firm
• Must be covered by Professional Indemnity Insurance
• Experience working with an EAP (Employee Assistance Program)
• Proven experience working in a consultative capacity, providing expert advice and guidance to individuals or ،izations.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in all client interactions
