Applications are invited for Guest Faculty of Law at UILS, Panjab University, Chandigarh for the year 2024. The last date of application is August 5.

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the post of One Guest Faculty to teach the Subject of Law at University Ins،ute of Laws, P.U. Regional Centre, Ludhiana for the Odd Semester (Academic Session 2024-25).

Eligibility

• Master’s Degree in Law with good academic record as defined by the University with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwD) or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever the grading system is followed.
• Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET.
• Candidates, w، are, or have been awarded a Ph.D. Degree in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of Ph.D. Degree) Regulations, 2009, shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/SLET/SET for recruitment and appointment of Assistant Professor or equivalent positions in Universities/Colleges/Ins،utions.

Salary

The above ،ignment is on lecture basis with a ،n of ،norarium of Rs. 1500/-per lecture with an upper limit of Rs. 50,000/-per month.

Working Hours

Working ،urs for the appointee will be 9.00 am to 5.00pm (Monday to Friday).
