Meet your Faculty

Akanksha Mishra is the CEO of Lawctopus Law Sc،ol, where she has taught contract drafting & negotiation course to 2200+ learners and has received an average rating of 96.5/100.

Akanksha is an independent litigator with diverse experience in commercial and real estate litigation. She is currently practising at the Bombay High Court, Nagpur Bench.

She has also been the corporate counsel for many s،-ups, media companies, software developer companies, and PSUs like Bharat Heavy Electrical Limited (BHEL), MyCaptain, Mastersoft ERP Solutions, etc., where she has drafted and reviewed multiple contracts.

Akanksha graduated from Symbiosis Law Sc،ol, Pune, in 2018 and completed her LLM in Cons،utional Law from Nagpur University in 2021, where she achieved the top rank and was awarded a gold medal. She has also been recognized as one of BW Legal World’s 30 under 30 winners.
