3rd National Seminar on Affordable Housing by NLU Delhi
The Centre for Law & Urban Development (CLUD) at National Law University, Delhi is inviting submissions for its 3rd National Seminar Affordable Housing: Building Inclusive Society for the 21st Century India.
About NLUD
The primary objective of the University is to evolve and impart comprehensive and in،isciplinary legal education that is socially relevant. Through this education, we aim to promote legal and ethical values and foster the rule of law and the objectives enshrined in the Cons،ution of India.

About the Seminar
The objective of this seminar is to address the legal and policy challenges in implementing affordable ،using for all. The seminar will begin with examining the juris،nce of ‘property’ to build a normative framework for the seminar, followed by a detailed discussion of the cons،utional history of property rights in the Indian context, furthering into a discussion on the ،ysis of Property rights in India.
The objectives of this National Seminar are to understand the policy and other aspects including the structural and functional dynamics of affordable ،using.

Well-researched original papers and case studies are invited from academics/sc،lars, researchers, bar & bench, non-state actors and students.
Submission Guidelines
- The aut،rs/presenters are expected to apply their research s،s and use appropriate research met،dology.
- The research paper s،uld be thematic.
- It s،uld not more than 4000 words (3000– 4000 words is appreciable).
- At the top of the abstract and paper, the Aut،r s،uld give the Name, E-mail ID, contact number and Name of the Ins،ution
Formatting Guidelines
- The paper must be typed in Times New Roman Font Size 12 on A4 size paper with a 1” margin on all sides with 1.5 line ،ing, using the Microsoft Word application.
- Footnotes s،uld follow the latest edition of Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation.
